Access the shipping settings.

• Once logged in, locate the navigation menu on the far left side of the page.
• Scroll down the menu and find the "Carriers" option.
• Click on "Carriers" to access the shipping settings.

Select a shipping carrier

• Under the "Carriers" section, you will see a list of available shipping carriers.
• Choose the carrier you want to add by clicking on it.

Add a new shipping carrier

• On the far right side of the page, locate the "(+)" symbol labeled "New" and click on it.
• A pop-up window or form will appear.
• Enter the name of the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, USPS, FedEx) in the provided field.
• Click "Submit" to add the new shipping carrier.

Set shipping rates for different zones

• Under the "Products" section, search and enter the products you already have listed on the Afrikwea marketplace.
• Next, under the "Shipping Destination" section, click on "Add New."
• A pop-up window or form will appear.
• Enter a zone name (e.g., Europe, Africa, North America) for the shipping rates you want to set.
• Use the country search to find and select the countries within that zone.
• Click "Submit" to add the zone and associated countries.

Set shipping rates for each zone

• For each zone you added, specify the shipping rates.
• Under the "Rate Name" field, provide a name for the rate (e.g., Standard (5-10) days - $15, Express  (1-3) days - $25).
• Make sure the rates you set correspond to the fulfillment time frames provided by the shipping company.
• Repeat this process for each zone and the respective shipping rates.
• NOTE: If you do not set any shipping rates for a particular zone or country, the system will automatically set the shipping as free.

That completes the process of adding shipping carriers and setting shipping rates for different zones on Afrikwea. Customers purchasing products in specific regions will be charged the corresponding shipping rates you have set.
